What’s with the name?

Dry Run Club was (accidentally) created by two mates who stopped drinking and started running together. More mates started to get involved and Dry Run Club was born!

So do I have to be sober to run with you?

Absolutely not. DRC is about meeting and connecting with people in new ways. Oh, and getting fit + feeing better.

How long is each session?

Each week the run will be an hour long give or take.

What kind of distance do you run?

We offer different distances, depending on who turns up. But everyone starts and finishes at the same spot - to maximise the chat!

How much running do I need to have done?

Not a lot but some. We ask that you can run at least 5K.

Ok so I am not that fast will I be ok?

Definitely. Nobody runs that fast - our runs are social runs. We’re all about good times, not fast times. If necessary, we split into sub groups and run at different paces. So don’t worry about your pace, everyone is accommodated.

What about age ranges?

Anyone under 16 to be accompanied by an adult. All other ages welcome!

What if I can’t make it every week?

Don’t worry! Just come along when you can. We aim to be here for the long run.
